I had an incredible stay in the Garden of Eden suite, perfect for our 30th birthday celebration. The room was spacious and had thoughtful amenities, like multiple double beds and a bar area. However, my other experience in the Grey Rooms for a hen do was disappointing due to maintenance issues. Overall, a mixed bag of fun and concerns about room upkeep.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel; the staff were exceptionally helpful, and the themed accommodations were a delightful touch that made our stay memorable. The rooftop terrace is perfect for unwinding and enjoying the views of the city. However, the dining experience during breakfast could use more variety, and the cleanliness in certain areas did not meet expectations.

My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. I really enjoyed the comfort of the spacious rooms and the unique theme throughout the hotel. However, the service left a lot to be desired, with some issues not being addressed promptly. Additionally, I found some aspects lacking in terms of safety and maintenance, which dampened my overall impression.

My stay at the hotel brought some memorable moments, especially with the unique themed room dedicated to Kevin Keegan, which was a delightful surprise for my partner's birthday. The staff were spectacular, going out of their way to make our stay special. However, the jacuzzi bath in our room unfortunately didn't work, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel has potential but could improve on some maintenance aspects to enhance the overall experience.
